Terms & Conditions
What you need
We will provide:
Helmet, leather jacket, gloves and waterproofs. All of the
helmets supplied on our trips have an intergrated head
set comunication systems installed. This will allow you
to talk to each other or the driver whilst on tour. Alternatively
you can listen to the theme tune from Braveheart.
Note: The headsets will not be available for any trip with a duration of less
than 40 minutes.
All you need:
Long Trousers, Enclosed Shoes, Camera or
Video to record your memories.
Booking Trike Tours:
For all bookings we require a 50%
deposit as confirmation of your future booking. The deposit
will be refunded if the tour is cancelled a minimum of 14
days prior to the booking. If the booking is cancelled within
14 days of the tour the deposit is not refunded. If the booking
is cancelled within 72 hours of the tour time the full amount
for the tour will be payable.
If your booking is made within 72 hours, the full amount
for your tour is payable immediately. However if for some
reason we cannot complete the agreement, the full amount
will be refundable.
Rain (In Scotland? Never!)
Occasionally in Scotland we have
a spot of rain. If it is raining we are prepared to do the
tour in light rain & waterproofs
will be supplied. Alternatively we will re-schedule. If you
are on a short break and sadly do not have time on your side
we will issue you with a gift voucher valid for one year.
Insurance:
We are fully covered for bike and public liability insurance.
Safety:
Your safety whilst on our tours is our highest
priority and we will advise you of the Do’s & Don'ts
prior to your tour. If in our opinion we consider you to
be unsuitable for travel for any reason, we reserve the right
to cancel your tour with no refund.
All our Trikes are fitted with
a Safety Restraint Bar and lap belts. In addition helmets,
jackets, gloves
and waterproofs will be provided to make your trip as enjoyable
as possible.
Children are encouraged
to participate but must be accompanied by an adult if under
16 years of age.
All children need to be over 135cm in height or over 12
years of age.
Notes:
At all times the trikes must be hired out as a whole (including
chauffeur).
