Stirling & the Trossachs

Your Trike Tour will take you from the collection point in the heart of Stirling on what can only be described as an exhilarating tour, that gives you an open air experience of some of Scotland’s most stunning scenery.

After the first 10 minutes you will be heading west towards the small town of Doune. You will pass the impressive fortress of Doune castle which was built in the late 14th Century by Robert Stewart, Duke of Albany, who held claim to Scotland's rule during the reign of Robert III.

We then leave Doune and head onwards to Callander. After The Jacobite Rising of 1745 Callander was part of the Duke of Perth’s estate, who supported Prince Charles Edward Stuart, and after the defeat at Culloden in 1746, the estate was forfeited and run by government commissioners.
